The Anthony Bobrow Trust
Tony Bobrow was a pioneer of the Dallas GLBTQ community for almost four decades. He never lost sight of the fact that the GLBTQ was responsible for the success of the Hidden Door, now the longest-serving bar for the GLBTQ in the Oak Lawn neighborhood. His guidance included a proud record of generosity and involvement.
Tony made plans to continue that legacy with a contribution that may never be surpassed in its generosity:
With 2022 donations the Bobrow Trust will have returned almost Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) to our Oak Lawn community!
We're assured these contributions will allow each of these to greatly-expand their work benefiting all of us.
Each year, most of the net-earnings of The Hidden Door will be returned to the GLBTQ community.
The Hidden Door staff looks forward to continuing the work by continuing to contribute. That's what Tony told us to do!
